1. General information
The following Terms & Conditions, delivery and shipping information only concerns orders places on the Roon & Rahn webshop www.roonrahn.no – owned by Roon & Rahn ApS, CVR 36420936. / Org. no. 927 271 109

Please note – Valid for private customers only. All inquiries and questions regarding products marketed by and / or purchased from one of our retailers must be addressed to the retailer. All amounts are in NOK and include Norwegian VAT / MVA.
Roon & Rahn ApS uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that you informations are safe during the whole transaction.
You can pay with: Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal.
The full amount of the purchase will be charged at the time of shipment.

We ship to all Norway. The shipping charge depends on delivery destination and your purchase amount (see below). Products in stock will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days form receiving your order.
When your products are shipped we will send you an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number will be provided from the carrier.
We offer free shipping to Norway for orders above 2.999 NOK.
4. Returns and refunds
After your purchase at www.roonrahn.no you have the right to regret your purchase 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order.
If you want to return the received goods, it’s important that the products are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If you return products that doesn’t meet these requirements, Roon & Rahn can deduct an amount from your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.
In case of returning you must arrange the shipping and pay the shipping costs.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with info concerning your wish to return goods – including the order number from your invoice. This must be done within 14 days after receiving the order that you want to return.
- We’ll send you an e-mail with your return-details.

- When we receive a returned item we will check the condition of the products and initiate the refund procedure. The paid amount will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase.
- By following this procedure, you will receive the refund within 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
When you receive your products, check to make sure the items delivered are consistent with the information on your order confirmation.
If you notice any damages or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible, and no longer than 2 weeks after receiving the goods.
6. Claims and complains
Your purchase is covered by Danish purchase legislation. This means that you as a consumer have a 24 month right to make a complaint in case of defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint must justified and not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging caused by wear, tear or improper use, lack of maintenance, wrong assembly etc.
You must report the complaint within a "reasonable time", i.e. immediately after discovering the error. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible after the error has been discovered. In case of claims please contact us at email@example.com.
In case of a justified claim we will replace the product and hold the costs for freight.
Please note - Our products are handmade and mainly made of solid oak. Therefore each product is unique, and you must expect variations in colour, surface and wood structure due to the natural variation in the solid oak. Differences of this kind is not considered a justified reason for claims and complaints. This also includes differences between the physical product and pictures of the product used on the web shop.
